As your health coach, Nancy utilizes a compassionate process that allows you to direct and develop an individual plan to meet your health and wellness goals. Nancy’s health coach philosophy is that change starts with you understanding the relationship you have with your body and then how this relationship shows up in your life. You get to decide what type of program you desire and I offer resources to support your specific needs.
Nancy holds a M.A. degree in Holistic Health Education along with several certifications from the American Council on Exercise: Group Fitness Instructor, Mind Body Specialist, and Health Coach. She is also a certified Zumba instructor, a passionate yogini, and has been teaching belly dance and movement for 7 years. She has experience coaching on a variety of topics: smoking cessation, time management, fitness routines, nutrition, yoga, mindfulness, and getting through creative blocks.
